Our unwavering love for gardening and our desire to enrich the lives of others through the cultivation of flowers, vegetables, herbs, and fruits are the driving forces behind our business.
Why Isla's Garden Seeds?
Our seeds are sourced from high-quality farms, predominantly in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. We are committed to selling only the best seeds, as we understand the importance of integrity in growing food to nourish your family. The health of our future is a fundamental objective that guides our business.
The majority of our seeds are Heirloom and Non-GMO, reflecting our dedication to providing our customers with the finest and most authentic products.
About Our Name
Isla (pronounced "Eye-Luh") is the youngest member of our family, and we named our company after her because she is the anchor that grounds our household, filling it with a playful, vibrant, and colorful joy, much like a thriving garden. If you have purchased seeds from us since our inception in 2017, you may have received a rare packet featuring her photograph on the front.
Featured Product: Sugar Snap Snow Pea
This classic, delicious snow pea is perfect for stir-fries and salads, with its flat, crisp, and edible pods that deliver a sweet pea flavor. The pea's abundant production lasts for weeks, making it a high-quality snap pea with petite, pale green, and tasty pods.
The green pods average 2.5-3 inches in length, and as the vines begin to grow, a trellis can be used to support their climbing habit. Any kind of support that stands 5-6 feet tall should be sufficient, but if not provided, the vines will simply spread across the ground.
Before the pea plants bloom, they need to be kept moist but not wet. After blooming, slightly increase the watering.
Product Details: - Type: Annual - Sun: Full/Partial - Planting Depth: 1 inch - Spacing: 4-6 inches - Water: Moderate - Days to Maturity/Bloom: 60 days - Height: 36-60 inches
We encourage you to post pictures of your plants in a review, and we look forward to being a part of your gardening journey!
